I made one before that was uber ready with no weapon switch by maxing enchant with fire gear prebuff and using a perf headhunters with 3x 15ias/40ed jewels. I lost a big amount of damage but hitting the speed breakpoints was not bad by using headhunters.

Also recommend using bone visage / troll nest combo if you go dual dream for serious style points
