Demon Visor Earth Spirit Required Level: 57 is that of an Earth Spirit. Double upgrade would induce a penalty of +12 (Required Level: 69).

Since Oak Sage is a tier 2 Druid skill, the staffmod skill bonus +(1-3) to Oak Sage (Druid Only) can only spawn on a (not unique or set) pelt Item Level: 1-36 (< 37).
However, level < 37 item drop sources do not have the base item Earth Spirit in their drop tables, hence this item cannot drop.

But there are other ways to create Earth Spirit Item Level: < 37 (Imbue for instance).
