More people with more expendable income in the lowest margins would mean more people who do not have to avoid putting off seeing the doctor until they are broken completely, demand for doctor services would rise and more would be employed..

Its not that simple though, the supply is far from fixed.

There are X number of doctors in the united states. That is a fixed supply unless you put random people through 6 years of medical school that cost $200k+.

Not nearly that simple. You can shrink demand in some areas and absorb it in others at less of a cost, such as by increasing prevention measures would increase primary care but decrease specialist demand by a much greater margin
