Matx vs atx is there a performance difference besides heat? Can I build a nice small gaming setup but with full size gpu?

Already have: Team T-FORCE XCALIBUR RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 4000 (PC4 32000) Desktop Memory Model TF5D416G4000HC18EDC01
Evga 750 w fully modular power supply
Sad+hdd
All accessories including 240hz monitor

Need: cpu, Mobo, gpu, case (atx/matx)

I am debating on waiting for the new ryzen cpu/gpu but I'm not sure yet. I will be using the pc for gaming and streaming. Maybe $800 more to spend.

u could make mini itx build.. no difference in performance.. bigger boards just has more slots, pcie, usb, m.2, sata, etc..

not all gpu's will fit.. depends on the case and the card.. rtx cards might have a problem in some itx cases

playing cs? intel > amd in cs.. will u overclock cpu?

I only play csgo like once every few months now. My main games would be new games or trending games.

That could very well change in literally 3 weeks. Also, it's not like AMD struggles with cs, it just doesnt get the 300 fps that intel does that most people dont even have a monitor to put out.

I think and will even things out in the next lineup. Either way I am happy with the competition and the pricing and I hope they do the same with gpu market.

I do have a 240hz so I am trying to maximize my fps, but I'm not in an insane hurry because of a new lineup coming soon so I am looking for suggestions.
