My laptop crashed and just gonna buy a bidget laptop

Can you install d2 lod on windows tablets? (Windows tablets come with the keyboard)

Or am i better off with laptop?

Even if i get laptop i have lost my disks and cd keys how do i go about getting on new pc,

buying a ''tablet'' pc already first mistake

If you're buying a tablet PC to specifically play d2 then any will work... but if you had to pick, I'd say go for the Surface Go which is a 13" Windows tablet that goes for about $399 without the keyboard, around $400-$500 with it.
Once you turn off "S-Mode" its a full running Windows machine and can do basic task such as streaming videos and using office, plus it can play D2 easily.
