I need nerd help.
I'm buying a laptop through work and I just wanted to check in here and get the green light from you guys since you know things and I don't.

Zip code: 48170
Price: $6-700 USD
Function: Work. Truly, not much. I run heavy on Excel... Lol. Some Access but nothing big.
Must have: USB-C, 1920x1080, windows 10 Pro, SSD, headphone jack, HDMI, 14+ inch screen
Bonus: flip/360/tablet mode, ultra book style, 2in1 etc, touch screen, thunderbolt.
Time: any time.

I'm currently seeing these two pop up a lot.
I just don't know what a good deal is these days.
Please don't troll me. I am kindly asking for assistance, thank you.

hmm those are just normal i5 laptops.. if only for work and excel i wouldnt buy a brick like that.. i'd go for portability over performance

the surface pro is probably out of budget, but maybe u can find something similar with touch screen etc
