Still Shopping around, Planning a future new build.

Is it better to get a cpu with or without integrated graphics?
I noticed there like 15$ cheaper ( which idc about the price )
But i was woundering if , it doesn't have intergrated graphics, if that would reduce heat and or give better performance?

sush broad question to answer.
will you have a dedicated gpu?
if so don't get a integrated gpu imo.

It is? I thought it was extremely specific ?

Example
i9-9900 with intergrated graphics
i9-9900 without intergrated graphics

will there be any temperature differences or performance differences?
just trying to see if there are any differences besides price.

I'm running a gpu either way.

yes there will clearly be a difference, You adding more shit to a cpu.
so yes more heat if its used and maybe loss in performance based on chip.

Also don't all 9900's have integrated gpu? or you mean the i9 9900kf?

its the model without integrated
to my knowledge on that cpu both are identical so get with integrated.

on intel cpu's the ones with K in the end can be overclocked.. and the ones with F has no integrated graphics

pretty sure there will be no benefit to the F model other then saving money if u dont plan to use integrated graphics

pretty sure performance and temps will be about the same

The only benefit of having integrated graphics cpu is if ur dedicated gpu ever fails, then u can still boot with ur integrated. Otherwise u will need a spare gpu

Fair enough, if there wouldn't really be much of a heater/performance difference, then yeah i mind as well get the one with intergrated graphics, in case the GPU blows up, or the drivers act funny/corrupted.
