What are they, do they still spawn and does anyone have a picture of one?
Seen this option for them in marketplace but dont have the slightest idea as to what they are, how you get them etc

value is quite sporadic, this one was pretty cheap in comparison to what some sold for
no special way that I know of, think they are just rare/random ^^

Hopefully someone can clarify the following:

+ Stat items like potions / totems / objectives will be removed when you either fail/pass a Master Quest with that character, or someone resets ladder during your climb.

Totems got a drop rate increase in 1.26, prior to that, Guild points were doubled for Totems and prior to that, totems got a boost in being found.

Even though these changes were made, they are still very rare. Remember Vitality / Intelligence does not increase mana/life pool until you have gained the next level, so I believe that totems +X Stats (TierI / II / III) are higher price than higher tier totems with the same mod... same thing goes with potions in my opinion... note: My opinion.
