For my hamstring exercises I really liked leg curls, swiss ball hamstring curls, and nordic hamstring curls (be careful with these, they are difficult to start).
I retore my ACL 3 weeks ago, and potentially may have tore my meniscus. Waiting on MRI results. You have an upcoming visit and they're gonna test your hams?
