Yes I am almost 100% if you get a skill from a wep, from another class the highest source is used but do not stack with eachother. Only +1 skills will increase it further.

Hence it being better to use squid armor with maxers on an honor charger.

I also have a eth / rep naga i'm selling separate. i know there's people who consider honour bad mannered so having the peace runeword would be preferred, ive used a mp 80 3s 24 max armour in the past. Decided to go peace this time, couldn't find the 3s 80 mp last ladder.

Can someone else confirm this critical strike between insight and peace not stacking? I'll edit the topic correctly if this is true.

I never heard of honor being bm, meanwhile non-rep eth items are bm. But I play east so idk
