Also, it's a culture thing. Korea is the perfect nerd-storm of coaching staff and dedicated players that are completely obedient. NA is filled with dipshits that live off their parents (only reason they can play so much) and live cushy lives. In korea money is much more valuable to them so they are more focused.

In korea it's also mandatory to enlist for 2 years military service once you're 18. Leaves out the equation of being a spoiled brat or you'll get your shit pushed in. Or something like that.
