For real though, I've done cycles of 2-3 bench days per week and was just unable to recover quick enough to be effective after the first week. So unless you have advise on HOW to bench more without fatigue...

How do you know you aren't recovering well enough? Run smolov jr and let me know if you remain plateu'd with that kind of volume.
