Yah I like canditos stuff but usually he hardcore on one lift for a cycle and usually I just don't have the time to do that but maybe need to make the time and are 10% in 6-10 weeks with 2-3x benching a week.

Not in one spot really, just depends on the day but more often in the middle as it transitions from pecs into triceps. Been incorporating more heavy tricep work to see if that helps.
