Not willing to pay IRL money, and not willing to wait 3 days for bnet gift. Are there any other ways of renewing an account that I can pay with in forum gold?

Make a GM ticket saying you have ingame gold and you want to buy a token, and they will most often grant you 24 hours of gametime
