Its very hard to see in the backend of php, what your timezone is.

This website rarely uses javascript, very minimal. So, i dont think it would be implemented. Or easy to implement. And effect _all_ users quite hard.

njaguar : you can see in a https header, someone's locale time zone. In case you want to fix it. But this might conflict with cloudflair

Why not simply add the option to use the "UTC timezone" under settings because it's much easier than what you are suggesting.
