Love my melee sorc

dream helm+shield, passion r/w for wep (zeal makes attack uninterruptible) coh (for res and +2skill) 20 icas gloves, string or dungo, gores, soj or bk, mana/ll ring and ammy you can have metalgrid, tals or highlords.

Yes, there are many types :)
- Soso get the 6,25 atps break with 100ias pb, but can get like 87k dmg.
- Assa get with bladeshield included the 9,33 attacks pr sec, stack that with crushing blow, and Even amp if Nn much ar and ur at a high effective attack, you need pb or GT or runic claws to get that break. Also venom is nice. The assas also moves super fast compared to the others.
- paladongs, dual Dreams adds a good dmg, and you can combine it with either conv or fana depending on what you need, and you can still unchange and charge + zeal. Its more tanky than the es soso as it gets mb easy.
- ama is the most tanky, but the least dmg dealer.

Forgot the necro version.

Brand bear, with - 60 wsm base crossbow casting fullt syntenergied bone spear, and bodt bear casting psn Nova fully syntenergied.

Fireclaw bear is also very fun, 100fcr with lvl 1 shockwave and 2hander like GT with +4 range adder and 110ias. I reach 17k dmg(mainly fire)

Any build that requires you to connect melee attacks without a mobility skill like teleport is useless in pvp. It doesnt matter if its a bear pally or ik barb or impale zon or midget

Some gimmicky shapeshifter builds can work by wsging and using attackd that can punish people chasing you. A geddon druid, TS or Blaze sorc, etc. Trangs necs with wsg poison novas are a great example. Theyre all defensive builds and have a very hard or impossible time dealing with bowazons, trappers, etc who just camp

You could build the godliest bear melee sorc you want, you'll either die outright 100% of the time or find someone with a glass build who dies to aura/ts alone. And a pure nonmelee aura and/or TS sorc with teleport OR bear setups and dual dreams or just infinity- would be better.

You can kill with it, soso got teleport, but the switching from beast side ruins most chances of connecting a hit after jump, thats why its better as either zeal or standard attack, Even though the bear dps is super high.
