2 tablespoon bison tallow
3 tablespoon butter
Cup baby carrots
Pink sea salt

Mix all together in pan, cover aluminum foil. put in 325 oven 45 min

2 cup kale
3/4 cup baby carrots
Pink salt prolly 2 grams in that bithc
Frank's red hot
10 ounce water

Stew in pan 1 hour stir every 20 min
