Im confused at the 1:100 ratio?

One dollar blizz balance = 100fg?

FYI, you can't gift balance. But I can gift anything from the shop (except service which is not giftable) with $1:100fg ratio.

FYI you CAN gift balance and gift any game.

existing bnet balance cannot be gifted. it must be purchased for a friend just so you know

Yeah, I know that you can buy bnet balance with a credit card and gift it to a friend, but most people would assume they can gift using their own balance, I just point it out that they can't.

Thus it can be gifted. title says iso GIFTABLE bnet balance
