What would you guys suggest me upgrading? I tried to screenshare with someone my gameplay (league) and I had a huge fps drop to where it was hard to play.

I was thinking ram?

CPU or network would be my guess. Network would seem more likely but it shouldn't cause fps drop, just high ping. CPU might not be able to handle encoding for screensharing while gaming. Check utilization of both while playing and sharing.
