outlook is nicer + you get access to things like office365 including microsoft teams.
You will enter an email you personally use and then it'll prompt you to create an admin email etc.. not sure on the exact steps but I personally use office for my emails.
Thanks. I decided on outlook due to the desktop version of things. During the process it asks for a username or email and her prompts you to verify your domain through some easy steps.
