This includes disconnecting or dying

You need all 5 men to be there for the entire thing, they can't just hop in at the end

There is a tough boss fight at the end

It takes about 3-5 hours for an experienced team and was recently made harder (not even counting the fact that many people d/c more often than they used to) which makes it a scheduling nightmare. That's...assuming you have 5 people who are all interested in doing it with each other.
Also you're typically way over lvl 100 by the time you finish so you need amazing gear which reduces the amount of people that are considered eligible for it.

I think the last time it was done was months ago now but sometimes people go for it. It's definitely not something most people do

You shouldn’t waste any time trying atm, maybe in a few months once you’ve upgraded your gear. Till then, just keep using ML items and upgrade your gear

Only Unfair Advantage has completed MMs after the newest patch. I was a part of the most MMs and have completed 8 runs since then. I also think we havent failed a single one. Before the patch i have done another 36 MMs. Guildies did some more. We have also failed other runs for various reasons.
You need alot of good gear, the right classes and tactics and have 5 constantly clicking players that have a good internet connection.
