Trading mtgo tix now is too risky these days thus the prices dropped.
Personally I would move to another currency unless you can take a huge loss.
i was scammed by the same dude, but in my support ticket i just told them it was someone i met IRL at a game shop and that i traded him IRL cards for tickets, they spared me with mercy and didnt lock my account. (i spent the tickets at MTGOTraders for cards before they could take them)
