just updated win 10 and did all that crap restarted like 7 times

also was it speccy to ss stuff?

Open task manager, go to performance tab, and see what your actual network usage is. If it's a large portion of your ISP's speed, go to the first tab and see what's using all the network. Else it might be league servers lagging, they do that sometimes.

It's something to do with the raid drivers but I'm not sure how that affects people not using raid.

Software is such a finicky thing.
