and also whats the difference between different tier weapons
example
lvl 10 sword 20EE = lvl 15 sword no EE ?

something like this so i can calculate dps difference and maybe have some idea on prices

As an example of how to use it with your specific question in mind:

Lvl 10 sword 20 ee base damage would be:
5 - 50 damage (multiplied by 1.20 for +20 ee) = 6 - 60 damage
Whereas lvl 15 sword 0 ee base damage would be:
6 - 60 damage (multiples by 1.00 for +0 ee) = 6 - 60 damage

In each case, you kind of have to calculate it out because there are multiple factors at play. A general rule of thumb many people use is 20 ee increase per tier for equivalency, but this is not always true.

At lower tiers, one tier makes a bigger difference in damage
At higher tiers. one tier makes a smaller difference in damage

At lower ee amounts, 20 ee makes a bigger difference in damage than one tier
At higher ee amounts, 20 ee makes a smaller difference in damage than one tier
