Not "possible" 16 core is happening.

Only issue is some older mobo's won't/can't handle new lineup.
Otherwise shits going to be lit.

Might have to go back to team AMD, kinda glad I skipped buying 4-9k series intel.
Just held onto that 3770k awaiting something worth wild.

I know 16c is a thing, they just didn't release a sku or any info. I should have worded that differently.

My big concern is those tests were all stock v stock, but Intel has generally overclocked better than zen1. I'm curious what numbers we will get for overclocking with zen2, and if the older gen boards will be able to handle the newer 12-16c chips power wise.

Those price tag too and it fit my am4 board yay

I'm more curious was the r5 price levels will be since that will probably be the biggest seller 6c12t is still plenty for most people, the ipc/ghz uplift is what will really make it an upgrade.

ipc could be same for typical gamers though hope not, and be aimed at other workloads, kinda like intels shit with 15% ipc and gaming improved maybe 5% if that
