Been running pit on my barb. only 130% mf, ill get more eventually, especially when he gets enigma (though fort 300%ed is nice)

What is a good pit map if there is a such a thing? I am also going to try and roll some super chests in river of flame since its fun to kill there a bit too.

Thanks! My current pit map is not too far a run from outer cloister wp, and is a straight winding path to lvl 2. Yes, straight winding

Yeah, pretty much close to WP and no back-tracking required to do a full clear

Something like this with inner level that fits in screen map (small easy tele/walk path)

cool, well i think ill prioritise finding a good ROF map, and then pit is what it is... hopefully good! but my sorc cant really re-roll hers since ancients tunnels is at the wp, and durance lvl 3 is at wp, andy is at wp very close and fast runs (but sorc ROF has no chests, and LK runs seem to suck for her map)

Many demons in pit and ROF, so fun for my barb.

Pally has ancient tunnels at wp, and he also runs chaos sanc. so barb is all I can re-roll

Short distance from WP to entrance is nice but ultimately only thing that matters is how many bosses over time you are doing and that’s what you should use to compare maps for Pit on a Barb. A good benchmark would be a map that takes you 1 minute to finish and averages 8 bosses per run for example. Layout of the tiles etc is mostly pointless so long as your boss/minute is high.

Good write up here if I don’t get temp for linking it (can’t remember if this one is allowed :/)

Get a nature's peace ring.

its not about that. There is always camps full of shit and 3 shamans... maybe ok if you just want rune drops but not ideal if you hunt for rare uniques etc
