Poor health, depression, irritability, and many other things.
If you want to feel good you need to sleep. Sleep and hydration are 2 important things a lot of people neglect and then bitch and complain amd cant figure out why they feel like shit and their life sucks.

I would close my eyes and cannot rem sleep... i notice myself still awake. I look at the time and each time i check, it jumps by 30 mins!
Ive been taking Zzquil over the counter med some days i cannot sleep
I use to sleep like a baby.. now its tough to get a good 7hrs sleep (only on work days tho). Im guessing its the results of stress
