I tried this IMG, w brackets tag and it's closing tag with the slash at the end. When I save my signature the img tags disappear. It leaves just the url to my image and the tags didn't save. How to I use this in the signature line field to make it work right?

Here is what happens if I paste my exact text into this field:

The same thing happens as my sig line field. The img tags on the beginning and end of the string disappeared and only the url is displayed.

Ironically the bold tags work fine...

when using imgur, after you upload the image, right click on it and select open in new tab, this will give you the direct image link: https://i.imgur.com/GFgtMCB.jpg

now you can place the img brackets around the direct image link and it should appear normally:

It may be just a bit too large. the rule is below:

1. The entire size of your signature shall not exceed 400 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.

It seems your width is fine but you will need to reduce the height by just a bit to be within the rules :)
