My guild has charter made by xTrewfyrex.

I want to change something, but he is not active on jsp over half of year.

So I have no idea if someone else can do this job for me or only he has right for this.

If no one else helps you by tonight when I get home / tomorrow I'll see what I can do. But no, anyone can make the edits to the image. It's just WAY easier for the person who made it (Assuming they have the original) :D
