request new rules:

belt holder is allowed to accept challenge from any position on the ladder aslong as she feels she has the advantage, to help promote defend count meaning something.
if belt holder feels they are at disadvantage they must admith the other fighter is superior but still carry the belt. (like in wwe when they cheat to retain)
opponents who don't duel defensively as fuck with their pride will be exiled from the ladder.
