twitch armor with 20 maxer or 4-15 max
life/mana/repl/stats ammy. +1 skill tab can help a bit..
min dmg/ar/stats/rep/mana/res rings
CK boot
Death glove/belt combo
3x best tspear or war jav you can get, I think more prefer non-eth tspear because they have a higher stack and you will need to repair after most duels
30/20/2os kite shield with some mods: dtm, plr, resist all, 10 life (1x tspear goes on this side, 2x for double throw on other swap)
charms can be different based on preference, I think at least 100% FRW total is nice. your charm options are: 6max/ar/7% frw gcs, 6max/ar/6 str gcs, 6 max/ar/20 life gcs, 3 max/ar/5% frw lcs, 15 life/7 mana scs, 15 life/12 ar scs, 15 life/7 to individual resist scs (i think maxing cold and fire resist is good enough for lvl 18 duels but maxing all is not hard)

you're largely against bowas who have an autoaim attack, and when u have 2x spears out you have 0% block. so it all evens out.
