100% dead sadly.
they expire after like 90 days, and you have to log into a game and change the files (drop 1 gold ,drink a potion, etc) to actually refresh it. the login screen will say you're refreshed, but it's a lie.
not much for 18s on East, but afaik they still do the occasional 18 tvt on EU.
