We talking about a death match or a wild encounter?
If it’s in the wild my best bet is to make a bunch of noise waving the claymore around and hope the lion goes after easier prey. Was my main reasoning for the spear as well.
dude what r u doin the lion is rdy to fight u all ur tlkin bout ways to get out of it peacocking make urself appear big etc? just fight him don't b a coward, remind me of when I was swimming Olympic pool one of my first times n I felt like I was drowning couldn't breathe arms tired leg tired lats tired water splashing my mouth and throat I thought to get out then I thought id swim 30 laps and focus on not drowning and u know what I did I kept swimming I finish my laps then I went and rowed for 30 min then I drove home ate some grapes n pork chop and went on a jog, do not be quick to cower from ur fears, this will haunt u worse than facing them, even if they bring failure and embarrassment, even shame. of all human diseases fear is the most poisonous. the richest source of ideas is the graveyard, because most people go to their death without ever having pushed themselves to reveal their potential and greatness. afraid to taker a chance on themselves, afraid things wont work out, afraid. even afraid of being afraid. we are a very weak people today. now u want to fight the lion or hide in a tree with mud and monkey dung smeared on ur face acting like ur a branch
