Meph runs are pretty slow going with little reward thus far.

Meph still hasn't dropped much for us other than the tals mask. I wanted a change of scenery so finished hellforge quest. There were tons of monsters in the area and my merc died a ton trying to kill Hephasto no matter if I used bear or dire wolves.
