i got close with my lvl 24 tele dudu. he uses twister and wolves for low mana attacks and nado does decent dmg as well. i use him in 18 tvt, fits right into the bracket.

sold my 30 tele zerk barb to meegz (bigspot05) but still have my holy shock charge / foh pally and poi dagger sin (pretty close to puddles old build if u remember that one). and there's always jims old BF sin that can be used!

i get bored of tvts also, so i just relog on some wonky char if it gets stale

No there was just a 18 druid on it and some lvl 1 mules iirc
