So I havent really done much with the actual synthesis content due to just catching up on all the other mechanics I've missed out on while I was away from the game for 5 years.

So I've built a cold toon, a lightning toon and now i wanna run a fire build.

I've found a fire build that requires 2x circle of anguish. So I see it's a synthesis item.
1) where does it actually drop from?
2) do I need 3 of them to put into the synthesizer to get 1 back with double anguish mods?
3) if so then are they fairly common for drop rate?

Yes I've already read the wiki and didnt get info on where it comes from so I'm asking here.

They are selling for 5c to 60c so unless you're SSF I'm not sure why the rest would matter...

But does that mean you need 3 rare fractured ruby rings to get the unique one? When you click on the item Acquisition it doesnt do anything. So I was wondering if it were a drop and then you need 2 rare fractured ruby rings to get the synthesized unique or just synth from 3 rares?

So the ring drops from a boss on the nexus then? That's basically all I need to know.

the fractured unique is a drop [edit] i believe only chance to drop from synthesis boss nowhere else. and then you craft it up with two fractured rares for the synthetic unique.
not sure about the crafting if there is specific ways to help mitigate what the results will be.
i ran 40-50 synthesis bosses and never got a single unique so I think I may have had the worst rng ever.
