Needed a few more str to wear Partizan


I'm dumb and forgot to screenshot dmg wearing it, but I can finally equip


Major turning point at 30, one I was expecting but no nearly as much of a jump. Whirlwind makes clear speed a million times faster. Took me a while to get to 30, but 30-55 felt like it took nothing.
