Rotating sets of 3 leagues

Every hour the 3 league effects will switch randomly. Its neat.

It is. If you enter an area where for example delve or breach is active it will remain so for the next hour.
Legacy league was build around this with keystones drops for selective area's
It is used again with the flashback races without the keystones.

Its still called synthesis but you can skip it totaly by searching for area's and previous leagues you like.
In story line by entering an area it will be the same for an hour.
In maps it stays the same as long as you enter the same map name. Aldo this behavior wasnt always there in previous flashbacks.
Sometime it changed after 2 or 3 maps and a few minutes playtime.
Entering a different map will select different league's.

So if you still need the perandus exchange 5000 coins challenge for example flashback makes it a lot easier.

So for the rewards at 45-95 . Are they giving out that amount designated for each ascendancy or just total? I know demigods is for top of each ascendancy. Wondering cuz if so I'm def rolling something no one plays.

No delve in the rotation, it spawns like normal.
