Things are going well.
Small victories are still progress. Recovery time keeps improving, and I'm no longer sore the day after a run.
Also, managed to power through the entire first mile of my two mile run today with no waking breaks. Had 3 breaks on mile 2, but it's progress.
Much more to come. Ultimately want to be able to put in 5 solid miles, no breaks, for the stretch of the November run I'll be doing.
Lol I don’t know how people condition for running like that. I’ve been running a lot for about a year now and still completely die at around 1.5mi
