What Report about it are you looking for? The asteroid wasnt actually discovered by NASA so if its about the discovery there wont be anything on it. I am not sure you will find the report you are looking for because it may not exist. Now there are journal articles about its motion done by the people who discovered it (hawaii) in collaboration with other universities which is being published in NATURE.
I have a friend who works for NASA can confirm whether there is a report on the topic, but cant get you that info till late Monday
