Its not a major work,
i can pay 1000 fg for (hopefully) 1-3 hours of guideness & help in skype (screenshare etc)

Could you give some detail on what the specifics are? HTML is really vague as it covers a lot of things from design to (for some) scripting with Javascript or even Wordpress..
