i think it was the 5th inning, carp worked a full count and fouled off 3 straight pitches outside the strikezone before striking out on what wouldve been ball 4. then dejong came up and swung at 4 straight pitches out of the zone, fouling off one before striking out. then goldy finished off the inning swinging at 2 balls, grounding out on the 2nd.

mikolas extension was incredibly stupid when it happened and so far its worse than imagined. Mo signing 30+yr old players to early extensions but paying them at peak value will be the death of this team.
