Newby here, how does 9 rep life compare to 40 life on a ring? Does it differ for different builds or is one always better?

10rep = 1 life per second

9 rpl > 40 life in general (assuming dual lasts 60+ seconds)

if u want to follow pvp rules, check what is ur limit first

1 rpl = 6 life on amus

so ring is a better place to get this affix
