Well after some searching I got a 302 out of a 93 svt cobra and I got the BW T5 with it. I couldn't get the computer though, he already sold it to someone else. I'm just going to run my ecu and put my intake and shit on it. Getting it pulled and prepped soon. It was recently rebuilt, and all the gaskets look nice and its clean, but I want to paint it while its out of the car and clean/spray my bay before everything goes back in the car.

Love the "drop an ls in it" and "gut it for weight reduction" gets thrown around a lot.

Some people love their cars for what they are. I kept my 96 lt1 with its original engine instead of putting an ls based platform in it. When I moved up to an Ls1, stayed with it until I got the 6.0 ls2 car.

Keeping a car unmolested, and planning a build on the platform that is OE to the car gains much more respect. Not to say that the 240 sx running around with the TT Ls1 engine in it isn't jaw dropping. I'm sure it took some planning to make it work as well.
