No bank access is required. Only things required are basic combat equipment(any of the 3 styles are fine.)
Prices are the same for Iron and Non-Iron.
For Forum Gold Prices, convert the gold to Forum Gold at a 1:73 rate(1m IGG 73 Forum Gold.)
