Its about skill, there are tons of builds that are strong af, but if you dont know how to play it/how the game works you will still get steam rolled. Its not just as easy as a build.

Exactly this. I play a pve sorc with matriarch pet, necropotence, julianos, Ilambis but all I do is pvp. High crit low health. I can take out the best of teams or 1v1 810s if i roll dodge, CC, and burst at the right times. If you give us an idea of your playstyle/class we could better assist you.

E/ another good idea would be to check out alcast builds and use them as a guideline. When I was new to the game I followed his sorc build for maelstrom as it looked like a fun build and relatively easier to grasp for a newer player. After a month i dropped a pet for more finishing moves such as crystal frags and mages wrath. I've since made a argonian magplar, and a wood elf stamblade, but my sorc is just the char I'm good with even though others would excel with the other classes

I dot know cc or burst or other terms

Cc is crowd control, such as stuns, immobilized, knockback. Burst is generally refered to as the rotation you would use to finish off an enemy quickly, in my case when an enemy is around 40% health I hit them with daedric prey, crystal frags, and mages wrath to hit them with 35k damage in a very short window making it nearly impossible to react and outheal the damage in time

Stam Nb Orc 7th legion and fury all heavy 2 medium monster helm U have a choice of damage damage or troll king/bloodspawn really optional in this. U want 28k hp 29k stam, ur rocking 2 handed with 8% increase heals and weps nirn dagger and axe both one with icrase damage and poison or sense nirn can rock prisons pots, rock dark cloak, rally, vigor. now the build works like this u have so much fucking healing and the two sets give you so much damage from getting hit u basically heal past the damage unlocking the full damage from the sets iv had around 6k damage with this build with 28k hp 30k stam relentless incap steal nado or any exicute will drop 85% of players the first time. especially if they hit u alot lmao. also 2 handed back bar 8% healing rock soul tether and have siphoning sustain ability giving extra 4 if max cp u can drop 40 into healing giving around 25% extra healing so ur kinda unkillable to a piont. Dark cloak give 30% of ur hp over 3.5 secs rall give u around 15-18k heal oh shit and vigor always ticking troll king for extra heals 2% from monster piece, with the right revoverys amazing set up to pair with wolf talking 1vx situations once you wolf out change foods to max stam mag recovery foods and boom ur killing everything
