you can only re-roll charms with no guarantee you get what you had.
any charm +3x pgem/skull.

what do u mean upgrading a skiller? what are u trying to do.

3 random pgs + skiller = random grandcharm (can be skiller or just garbage)
Good roll chance depends on high ilvl of the gc

And how do I see the lvl of a skiller?

No way to do that without a 3rd program which is illegal.

Best way to farm these yourself.
If a skiller has 41 or more life i think it means for sure dia/nihla/baal dropped.
