I find Crit chance not as valuable since you can get tons of it from tree and gear, Crit multi would be more valuable
But still decent

i would say no:

1) since it have 3stats instead of 4, so it requires to gamble exalt
2) random stats instead of disco stats.
when make multihybrid, base flat stats> increased 7%
