Hello boys and girls! Started playing a Jabba Zon in my spare time, and I felt drawn back to this forum.. It just felt wrong to be playing without it.
I loved Diablo II, and I know you guys do too! So without further ado, let me introduce Gnarkwondo! My Kicker/Trap hybrid Assassin!

Here are the rules:

No Save and Exit
v1.13c Vanilla Hardcore Players 8 for all first time content
Extended stash
Ladder RW's

No shared stash use. Solo self found on this character only.
Reserving the ability to do re-runs on different /player #'s for target farming.

My only goal is to down Hell Baal which I have never done in a run like this. I have a few good attempts under my belt, but it has been a while since I have been on the horse.
Check my profile for links to my older runs. I chose hybrid Assassin because it is the most fun character I have ever played in these runs and my closest attempt to victory.
That being said, I would really appreciate any advice you guys have for me on gear, build, etc. I've only made one of these, and I can hardly remember how I built her.

Yeah man, totally! Magic has come and gone tho as they were in the Den of Evil I believe. Just rego boots with like +1 dex or something.

Nice little SC with cold dmg and LR. I'll take it! Action shot of me kicking Fangskin in the throat. Out of order pics? IDK what happened here must have messed up
editing the paint files.. Here's the ID of the scepter in town. I also found a 4th Ral rune which allowed me to cube up to an Ort and make an Ancients Pledge.



I always try to do my boss runs without TPing out of the fight. I am usually successful, but norm Duriel is always the hardest one to do it on.
I let my merc die and still almost had it, but never the less it is not one of my rules. It usually is, but I felt I haven't ever beat Hell Baal so why make it harder on myself.

Try to capture and compare the item descriptions for unidentified and identified unique, set, rare and magic boots.
IIRC the Kick Damage display (visible to Assassin only) on set boots disappears as you identify them, because the developers forgot to store it back in Patch 1.10.
