where/ how would you start to craft this?

Looks crafted already...

hit assasin mark with alteration, use augmentation get ele damage or res + hit lucky regal with any of those 2 mods. then multimod

That ele damage would have to have came from the fossil crafting otherwise it would be weapon ele dmg


Which means you cant alt spam for assassins, you just have to fossil spam till you get both.
